What is Tucker’s shipping policy?

We offer free shipping for US orders over $150. We fulfill and ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not fulfill or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or the week between Christmas and New Year’s. All of our products are made-to-order and expected to ship in 2 weeks. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. For all other orders, our shipping rates are:

  • US under $150: $9
  • All other countries where Tucker is available: $45 + all customs, duties + taxes

We currently ship to:Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Scotland (UK), Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and Wales (UK).If your country is not on the list and you would like to place an order, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@tuckernyc.com with a shipping request.

After I place an order, when will it ship?

Because your Tucker garment does not exist when you order it, it can take up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. All of our products are made-to-order in the most sustainable way possible — with zero waste.

What is the return/exchange policy?

We offer free returns and exchanges on all orders of $75 or more within 30 business days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

Please note any merchandise that looks work, washed, broken, or is missing tags or receipt will not be refunded. Returns on orders less than $75 are subject to a $7 processing fee.

How can I tell if a product is in stock?

Because all Tucker garments are made-to-order in the most sustainable way possible, we don’t carry any stock or inventory. That means as soon as you hit order, your garment is made just for YOU!

If a product is live on our site, you can purchase it. We do periodically send styles to the archive to make space for new, fresh prints, in which case you’ll want to snag those before they’re gone!
